Teamwork is at the heart of all we do and we believe training not only enhances the company but us as individuals.

With greater and greater emphasis being placed on health and safety on-site and in the workplace, our team is certified in IPAF, PASMA, asbestos awareness, ladder safety/inspection and trained in manual handling and hot works procedures.

The company is also an accredited member of the construction health and safety scheme meaning our all our site staff have CSCS cards with individual team members also having first aid, confined space and tele-handler training.

We also encourage the development of welding skills for progression at work and in partnership with local colleges and accredited inspectors we provide training and certification to enhance our staff’s skills base. In what can be a demanding work environment, we believe safety comes first and a skilled and fully trained workforce is essential.
